Granola Recipe

Granola is super is to make, taste delicious and doesn’t have all the unnecessary added ingredients you get in store brought granola.

Ingredient:

  • 500 grams Mixed Nuts

  • 250 grams Mixed Seeds

  • 130 grams Porridge Blend or Plain Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (It wont taste nice using other oils such as Canola, Olive or Vegetable oil)

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon *Optional

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper

  2. Melt coconut oil. Then mix with honey.

  3. Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Add oil and honey mixture. Stir until well coated.

  4. Evenly spread mixture on to trays and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Don’t forget to stir halfway.

  5. Add any dried fruit once cooked on when serving.
