Granola Recipe
Granola is super is to make, taste delicious and doesn’t have all the unnecessary added ingredients you get in store brought granola.
Ingredient:
500 grams Mixed Nuts
250 grams Mixed Seeds
130 grams Porridge Blend or Plain Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Coconut Oil (It wont taste nice using other oils such as Canola, Olive or Vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon *Optional
Method:
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Melt coconut oil. Then mix with honey.
Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Add oil and honey mixture. Stir until well coated.
Evenly spread mixture on to trays and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Don’t forget to stir halfway.
Add any dried fruit once cooked on when serving.
